“I had TWO identical banners printed from the ONE piece of digital art I sent to them. The first one was perfect... but the second one had two glaring errors where the ink didn't print. Again... the SAME art was used... and they claim it was OUR FAULT!”

“I was worried because Retractable Banners on the Cheap said that my banner would be grainy. So, they put a hold on the order. I had already emailed them with my approval. I further explained that I really needed my banner before the weekend. It was Tuesday. They put a rush on my order with no extra cost to me! THANK YOU! I received my banner on t8me for the event on the weekend! I will absolutely refer Retractable Banners on the Cheap to everyone I know!”
