“I was very happy to place an order with Replacement Keys for a broken desk door key. The ordering online was very straight forward and the messages about confirmation of order fine. I received the keys but unfortunately they were too small. I understand that Replacement Keys cannot supply the key I want, so I have sent them back.”

Hi Elizabeth, We're sorry we couldn't help you on this occasion. As suggested, the only resolution would be to go to a local key cutter who can measure up your original and make a copy from it for you. Best wishes, Peter.
