“I thoroughly recommend Replacement Keys Ltd. I received excellent service: they were helpful, understanding and efficient. My father lost the keys to my mother's mobility scooter. I had taken a photo of the key, in case it went missing. I went to Timpson's but they were unable to help so searched online and ordered a key with the same code as the original from Replacement Keys, hoping that it would be the correct key. After placing the order I noticed there was another style of key with the same code, which looked a better match. I was in a hurry to get the key, so ordered that one as well and then emailed the photo to Replacement Keys and asked them to send me the key that matched best and cancel the other order. Hayley emailed back asking for details of the mobility scooter and then I heard from Richard that they had been able to locate the correct key. He gave me a special code to use to ensure I ordered the correct key and refunded my two previous orders. He also told me to keep a note of this code as it could be used to order any future replacement keys. The next day I received the replacement keys (I ordered 4 as my father has dementia and I am sure more keys will go missing!) and they fitted perfectly, which was a huge relief, and I received a full refund for the two cancelled orders. I would not hesitate to recommend Replacement Keys and will always use them in the future. Many thanks to Hayley and Richard for their help!”
