“Hi, I bought this Key for my Dad who bought a car with a 2 strip roof rack of this model on it already. There was no key for the roof rack with the sale of the car. I got the code off the rack right beside where the key goes in and bought a key from yourselves with this same code. The problem is the key won't work..? Can you please advise on this issue please? Thanks Eamonn”
