“A 13 feet long, 40 Kg roll of vinyl was received wrapped in one layer of plastic which had been scraped and torn in many places along the length - handling and loading by just one delivery person perhaps? Thus real concerns have been raised regarding whether and to what extent the upper, patterned surface of the vinyl beneath the plastic has been scratched. This cannot be determined until unrolling it, i.e. when the installer arrives in well over a month's time! Conclusion: inadequate protection or lack of care in handling or both. Price good. Delivery prompt. Quality of product though still has a question mark.”
