“The delivery company information was confusing and when I submitted the order I askedthat goods be delivered next door if we were out. It was delivered ext door even though we were in. The form did not make this clear.It should say If you are not available where would you like it deliovered. On the other hand the speed of deliverey and quality were excellent”

“The floorcovering was a good price and communication was good and was delivered when stated, however there is slight damage to the ends of the roll, but this will be hidden. May I suggest extra packing around the ends when delivery is to remote areas (we are on the west coast of Scotland) as there are usually three carriers involved from pick-up to delivery and my order has been slid along the van tearing the plastic, ignoring the Handle With Care labels. Other than this I am very happy with the order and would have given 5 stars!”
