“I'd definitely recommend to others. Easy order process, quick turnaround. Friendly service when I called and prompt delivery. The only very very minor criticism is that I expected to get email confirmation with delivery as soon as I had placed the order. I hadn't heard within 24 hours, so called for details. I got the email when you had received the goods at the warehouse - so all ok, but I got the impression that I would get the original email almost immediately. Maybe worth reviewing the expectations you set around those comms.”
