“I had this fitted in my bathroom. I liked the design because it is unusual. It's comfortable to walk on with bare feet but the dark colour shows all talc, fluff, etc. Still, I like it so I'll just have to clean more!”

“I am giving a good rating but it would not have taken much for the rating ti be excellent. I liked that the free samples were sent out with a cover letter and a discount voucher. I thought it was a really nice touch and although I was able to get the actual vinyl delivered from another company for about £10 less I chose to go with Remland Carpets as I felt the service I had received from them so far was excellent and I appreciated the personal touch. However when an email was sent to say the vinyl had been dispatched I sent an email asking if there was a way for me to get in touch with the delivery company to arrange delivery to which I am still waiting for a response. I don't feel that this is really acceptable and tarnished the good impression that the company had made on me in the first place. The delivery company did deliver it but to my back garden when nobody was in and not even a note through the door to say it had been delivered. I'm glad I was out in the garden soon after returning home and that it was not pouring rain! If I was not so honest I could have declared I didn't ever receive it..............maybe some food for thought there. The product was in good condition and we are very happy with it.”
