“Top marks. We had ordered vinyl flooring from a store (Behar carpets) in Edinburgh and were told it would take 2 weeks. After almost 2 months of excuses we were told it was not available anywhere in the country. My wife phoned you to confirm you could supply and it arrived in 2 days. The chap my wife spoke to said he would watch out for the order to ensure it was delivered swiftly. Still waiting for a refund from Behar. (1 month on). Many thanks”
