“The original item I ordered from the website was no longer available. It would have been good if this Link on the website had been removed before I ordered. However, the company were quick to advise me that it was no longer available.”

“Delivery and service good at a good price”

“The ordering procedure and service were very good. The only bad point were the couriers used. My order was dispatched quickly but then the couriers let me down. I was sent an email with a link to check the status and found that I was to get delivery between 3 and 6pm that day. Great I thought. I arranged for someone to be there but nothing came. I returned home from work and checked the status link still showing the same info. I tried to ring phone no. given but no answer. Tried emailing and left 2 messages , nothing. Checked status again at 7.15pm and Saw new entry stating it had been carded. It hadn't. I got my delivery the next day and when I told Remland what had happened they were very sorry but had trouble with couriers before. To be fair it was not their fault they do state up to 3 days for delivery but when you see that the status says a time you expect it to be there.”
