“1. Ordering process great 2. Information great 3.Carpet looks great. 4. Let down by delivery. - Delivered to a neighbour half way down the road on the correct day. The neighbour was told we would be left a note.However no note was left. Also we requested that it be left in the porch so were not expecting to be left with a neighbour. We were about to email for an update when neighbour knocked on door. Hence 4 stars.”

“Did not receive a confirmatory e-mail when making the purchase. Fortunately, had a paper printout. Called your office. Was told I would receive a call back that morning and duly did to confirm that all was well. Carpet arrived very qickly thereafter.”

“I was advised by email that once despatch is ready you will email me to confirm the order in despatched. I dint receive that but the time scale you mentioned in the email was accurate so was happy with the service and would definitely recommend you.”
