“Customer support was excellent, delivery was earlier than forecast when I placed the order, and we were informed that it would be a few days before delivery.. It would be helpful if a delivery time slot (even just am or pm) could be given.”

“I was very pleased with the speed of delivery of the carpet, and the ease of ordering. I was a bit disappointed that the discount voucher I entered did not get applied to the sale. There appeared to be some sort of error on the final part of the payment, but I received a receipt via mail saying that the carpet was paid for but no £10 off. Furthermore I got no response to an email that I sent. However the carpet was at a very good price and the order was completed very quickly, and I would use Remland Carpets again”
