“Vinyl exactly as I expected, and just what I want, at an excellent price; delivery very prompt except that as I was not informed when it was coming I hadn't left the conservatory door unlocked when I went out and it had to be left in the garage, where there are mice. I therefore had to have it removed immediately on my return home. I would suggest better communications are required with the delivery service.”
