“1. There are 2 different versions and until I texted for help, (which was very helpful) the instructions for installing those without a removable tag were not clear. 2. I chose Refresh because the Which Guide placed you first in the list of suppliers of compatibles. 3. I have to say that I don\'t think that your cartridges last as long as the Think versions that I bought for years from Choice before they went into administration.”
