“The new Magenta cartridge was of a different design to previous. There was no removable tab on the top, over the breathing hole. The cartridge failed to work until I had removed part of the full length label along the top of the cartridge & cleared the hole of glue from the label! The instructions on the box say remove the seal before use, but the only thing removable was the large orange clip. But for this problem I would have given 5 stars.”
