“Just posted back a totally new, badly leaking, unused black cartridge (CL-540XL black) from my previous order this year. When cellophane pack opened (10.08.2020). Ink was everywhere. A very big hassle once more to return to Refresh. Didn\'t even get the cartridge into the printer before black leaking ink stains everywhere. When the cartridges work properly they are good, but recently there have been too many substandard items. PG-540XL.”
