“On the Comparison Website, the price quoted was not the price we had to pay. It is a fishing bait to get the customers. Once you click to buy the Insurance Product, the credit card will not be charged immediately. It just took the details and the your bike will not be covered immediately. They will call you back at their convenience time to discuss the Insurance Policy again and had to fill in all these lengthy details all over again. Then you will get the real quote and not the bate quote earlier shown on the Comparison website. These comparison websites are ,just the away of getting the customers and not the real policy. Sadly, I bought the policy because, I need to take my bike out of the show room that day and can not wait any further delay. Just mentioned this information for other potential customers so that they are aware of what is coming through the door for them. I can understand the Insurance Companies' point of view and I am not blaming them or complaining them. This is the real world and they are running the business and therefore, I accept their way of luring potential customers to their business website. So here it goes? Hope when I really need to claim my policy, they are helpful and rather not to point out the small print and decline, Hope not!!!! This practice of luring customers are not isolated to this Broker, (Devitt) other companies do it as well. Please beware that the cost of the policy will be twice the amount of the initial quote on the comparison websites.”

“Only issue is after taking my policy out , changing to a newer bike in the same cc range had a 400 pound price difference so will think again about going with them , but old policy was great value”

“This was my first bike insurance, what I liked was that when you gave me my quote on line you listed all that was coverd, other bike, driving abroad etc, the service was good & prompt with the paperwork.”

“Igive 1 company my bike and car to insure only to be conned out of money ,also still wating for bike insurance cert.Letter after letter has been sent to devitt insurance company do not trust them at all,also have u ever heard of a insurance company charging a extra 67 gbps for 1 question.then on top of that sending me a letter saying we r going to cancel policy because they did not have my reg of bike dated 18 june next day another letter came with my reg number on .I have contacted ombudsman about this company also taking out a county court order for returns of my money to this day4/7/15 i dont know if i have insurance paying for buses and taxis is no joke.alan tweddell”
