“There was a slight problem with details being sent from MCN Compare to the insurer, but customer service was excellent -- no queue on the phone and a competent human being solved the problem very quickly.”

“It was the cheapest one. For the cover I was looking for, only problem was when I bought it the documents didn't send for days, so I had to call them up to and tell them my email as when buying from online it didn't ask for your email. apart from that I'm satisfied with the service”

“I believe I was mis sold this insurance as I had specifically asked for european cover with the 2 sales people I spoke to and cover for Marrocco but when the policy arrived it only covered for 90 days out of the year. It was inconvenient to cancel but as I had a 14 day cooling off period I didn't worry too much as I believed I would get my money back but I was then stung with a cancellation fee of which there was absolutely no mention by sales staff or in the documents I received in the post. Then I received a letter telling me I wasn't entitled to a refund at all. So I had to phone again and wasted another 35 minutes until they agreed to give me a partial refund. Very unhappy as I feel cheated and then had a nightmare getting even a bit back of what should have been a total refund.”

“happy with the service from carlole nash,i had to make a policy adjustment (the dealer had given me the wrong registration number!) and they didnt charge me,All good up to now.”

“Broker I'd been with for 2 years increased the premium by a fair margin despite no claims and earning 2 years ncb so had to move. Carole Nash Scoot and Commute was perfect for my PCX in-town riding. Easy to desl with, good help answering a query over the phone, they sent the marker dot marking kit out within 2 weeks. Pleases so far!”
