“So far as expected with any insurance company. I was most upset about the £30 admin charge for updating a detail on my policy. £30 for tapping a few things into your database while on the phone for 5 minutes with your customer. Hardly value for money!”

“I insured my honda c90 motorcycle for around £70.00 a few weeks later I upgraded to a suzuki 800 and changed my policy and paid about the same amount of money again, I then changed my policy to a yamaha virago 535 a bit smaller bike and ended up paying more than the first bike. all in all a hell of a lot of money I phoned there number to speak to them time and time again but did not know it was a premium phone number nearly £50.00 worth of phone calls just to change insurance next time I will go to a local broker.”

“I needed to sort my bike insurance but had lost my docs so had no proof of no claims bonus. it turned out after a check by just motorbike insurance I was previously insured with them. Top service from them and superb price.”
