Policy was purchased with ease, at a very competitive price. I have used Carol Nash in the past without complaint,& look forward to being with them again.

I'm happy with Carole Nash as an insurance provider but less than impressed with their appraoch to renewals. I was quoted a figure by them to renew my existing policy but felt it was too high so I used MCN Compare to get some competitive quotes. The Carole Nash quote on MCN Compare was over £75 cheaper than my renewal figure so I contacted them and explained the situation but was told there was no way they could 'renew' my existing policy at the MCN Compare price. So I cancelled my policy and took out the new one from MCN Compare with Carole Nash. What a waste of time and effort - for both them and me (the Customer). They (and I suspect many other providers) really need to get a grip on their sales / marketing / renewal processes to avoid such ludicrous situations potentially losing them a lot of business.

It was good to use MCN compare to be guided towards a trusted and specialist site. I trust that MCN only uses trusted insurance companies and so was happy with the policy. I have used Carol Nash before and was treated very well. By using the MCN Compare feed I got it cheaper than going direct.
