“I felt the overall experience was good, not great. On the day of starting my cover I sent a text with my NCD proof. 2 Weeks later I received a letter stating that I had failed to submit this. I resubmitted this to then receive a letter a week later to state my policy is being cancelled in 5 days. After a lengthy phone call they advised it was not due to failure to submit but in reality it was due to the NCD not showing the name of the previous insurer. This was resolved by Bennetts calling my previous supplier, however if this was communicated correctly it saves issues.”

“It's quite annoying how policies are now sold with the things that should be standard as extras, and the things that should be extras are standard. Bennetts are good at this. Surely legal protection should be standard by now? Lots of other stuff I didn't need is though. They gave the second best quote, but I was mucked around by the company that gave me the best quote (1066 is the clue), so I went back to Bennetts. Try not to move house or anything. They will get you with an extra charge for that too.”

“using mcn is easy but its a shame the insurance company charged me £40 more than i was quoted on the comparison part”

“Happy with previous insurance Carol Nash, 8 years no claims, until quote of £400 arrived. Seams loyalty means zip. Bennets quote £170.”
