“Did a comparison with many others on a number of sites, results were varied to say the least. Have been with other insurer for many years with classic bike policy. Initial comparison showed Bennets were not the cheapest BUT they included all the 'extras' you have to pay for separately with other insurers. This made it far more competitive than it at first looks. Easy to deal with to buy insurance, I can't comment on their claims procedure (and hope I never have to) lets hope it is as smooth and simple as thier sales procedure.”

“Twice I have made the mistake of using companies in here. From here on it is the Meercat for me. Ebike, what a con. They wouldn't let me upload my license, then threatened to cancel my policy because I didn't upload. After a £30 phone call they admitted it was there IT problem and gave me another week. I uploaded the license and they cancelled me anyway because some tit didn't check the e-mails. Only cost another £30 in phone calls to put it right. Next company, Devit, won't pay out on my personal injury and leathers claim because I wasn't injured enough, doesn't matter that a brand new, first time out pair it Datona boots got scuffed and no longer keep the rain out. Apparently I had to take out the more expensive personal injury and leathers protection to claim for boots if the car that hits you doesn't break your f£7king leg. If MCN recommends these cowboys I will shop somewhere else from now on.”

“After a series of pretty poor quotes I'd just about resigned myself to paying a kings ransom, fortunately I have Mcn compare a go and was astounded how much I was saving. Bennetts were by far the best of the offers I received. Initially I looked purely at price, bennetts are not the lowest but the policy was by far the best for the price. Very happy with experience overall”

“The initial insurance certificate was valid for 1 month, seemingly this is their policy until they receive written proof of NCD, which was duly submitted. I received a reply confirming recite. The initial insurance certificate has since expired and after contacting them several times I am still awaiting for an insurance certificate valid for the full 12 month period. I'm extremely disappointed with their lack of response, I now intend to make a formal complaint and I will never use this company again.”
