“Only problem I had was with expecting Bennetts to actually be aware that my previous bike policy was with them. It hadn't expired , the bike it was covering had been stolen. ( June 2014 still not paid out nearly October 2014) I know that's not down to them but didn't expect problems taking out a new policy with them to cover a bike bought to replace stolen one. Several letters asking for proof of no claims ( I had protected no claims) although I havn't claimed on a motor cycle insurance policy for 42 years despite continual insurance over all those years had my no claim discount cut to 3 years., and then had to phone up to claim back money charged after I though I had apparently sorted position out. Other that that money paid back promptly and all sorted now I hope.”
