“The on-line process was straightforward and comprehensive. The scope of cover was good and great value for money. However, the individual costs of various 'optional' items such as legal expenses cover were only listed upon completion of the policy and no actual choice or selection option was available during the on-line process. Despite this, the overall package was well suited to my needs and various contact numbers and cover details were quickly confirmed in useful SMS text messages that I have saved for future reference.”

“From my initial contact by telephone the service I received from the customer representative was excellent, guiding me through the policy details and what was and was not included. The price of the policy, although not the cheapest, was the best value for what I required. Another factor in my choosing Bennetts was that they are a recognised and reputable company for motorcycle insurance.”

“Seem to be very efficient - but I've not had to use them yet in any claims (thank goodness). They have a good reputation and are very bike orientated - they give back to the biking community.”
