“Double edged sword here, technically my customer service experienced was poor, I had to wait 3 weeks for refund of service due to errors made by staff (I was promised them with a week) and I had to call every week to chase up, my price increased twice due to waiting for proof of no claims, even though I had spoken to an adviser explaining the situation, then a claim that was listed as a fault claim needed to be corrected, it turned out I had an extra years no claims too? So still confused how my premium went up although it shouldn't have considering it was reset back to normal, with an extra years no claims under my belt, surely this would make it cheaper. Anyway I have to say an adviser named Laura or Lorna, helped me above and beyond, although increased my price due to their errors. I doubt I'll be staying with bennetts as they confirmed my suspicions of insurance companies, and their want to take as much as they can. My premiums are now £10 more than I was quoted and nothing has changed, expect the 1 year extra no claims bonus?...”

“Apart from a problem with the card payment system (not Bennetts fault), my experience was very good. Bennetts were thorough and the policy, once tailored to my needs, was actually cheaper than originally quoted.”
