“Easy to understand, good policy. I took out the breakdown cover and needed it within days, this was handled well over the phone and the recovery truck arrived in a short time.”

“MCN compare did its job well and I found the the best policy for my bike. What I would like to see is more flexibility from the companies. I have a classic Ariel, a 2007 Harley and a 2014 T100 Bonneville but I cannot get one company to cover them all on one policy so I have three policies with three companies. Daft!!!”

“Failure to confirm no claims bonus had been received from previous insurer. Due to delay on receiving this from other insurer did not call but sent letter confirming cancellation leaving me with no insurance. Weren't interested in problem them had audacity to try to charge an admin fee for their cancellation despite never actually providing me with cover! Call centre then kept ringing to tell me I still owed cancellation fee but could not do anything about situation and couldn't even put me through to customer service ....awful. Previous insurance was so disgusted they then matched bennetts quote to keep my business with a single call....”
