“Very happy with how the purchase was processed and have no issues except with respect to accident history. The price quoted was based on info I had to hand. I was then written to advising that I had to pay more as there were some historical accidents that I have not detailed on the application. I did not realsise that car incidents wee taken into account (assumed only motorbike stuff was taken into account) and then was written to advising to pay up extra or risk having insurance cancelled. As the incidents related to a company car and were non fault incidents (one was where hit by another the other was a dent from a door being opened in a car park which I later found was classed as a second incident even though this was repaired at the same time as the other work) I did not detail them. It would be good if all history for a driver was available on a central database so that everyone had access to the same info to avoid similar issues in future. It looks like a database is available to insurers...it would be good if joe public could access also (perhaps they can and I don't know about it). No issues with the service...just the above observation. Regards, Graham Stedman”

“My usual Insurance provider ( A major company) who I had been with for several years for both my car and bike tried to quote me almost £1000 for my new Triumph 1200 Explorer. Even though I was looking at MCN online and telling my provider that the quotes I was receiving were much much cheaper, they wouldn't budge, so loyalty appeared to count for nothing. So I went with Bennets; Fully Comp for a bike and accessories worth £14000.... For £326 that's a saving of £674...outstanding '''. I will use MCN compare again and will tell anyone who will listen to do the same.....Cheers and well done,A T Field”

“After approximately 30 years away from the biking scene I was quite unfamiliar with who to insure with and what the procedure might be. The MCN insurance comparison site steered me in the right direction. The Bennetts team were excellent, helpful and professional. They patiently guided me though the process and clearly explained the different optional features. I was particularly impressed with the way they willingly provided instant indications of price differences for different annual mileages when I had clearly little idea of what to settle on.”

“I originally went with Bennett's but was not happy with their communication service and cancelled the policy very quickly. It cost a lot to do that but I reasoned that it was worth it to go with another company that I had confidence in!”
