I was quoted by one call insurance. they turned out to be impossible to deal with and contact, and wnated to charge extra to help me overcome the issues. Never again One call (actually many many unanswered calls)

Policy price was good however their quotes stated breakdown cover !!! be warned tisi only give you membership and everytime you use it they charge you a £20 admin fee and a mileage charge of £3 per mile for each mile they take your bike to over 10 miles away.

Insurance quote was spot on , I contacted customer service on two occasions they were more than helpfull , benefits of the insurance was great too ,, definitely will use them again ,

as ever, the whole part about taking my money from me was very easy. filled in all the info of it went, took my money and gave me the same policy my renewal was showing (except about £40 cheaper). the, about 2 weeks later I get a warning letter from them saying "your policy will be cancelled with 14 days of this letter (which was dated 10 days prior!)" the website is really difficult to navigate, the support is invisible, the contact numbers just get you through to an automated system saying "...visit our website..." (it might just as well have said "...we have your money, we don't give a monkey's...", as that is how it felt). after much web-browsing, I found various channels where One-Call were reviewed for poor service (Trustpilot & Twitter) and left a message regarding this invisible service, and included my policy number to help them track (otherwise you just get a "please send us your policy number and we will see what has happened" reply, but most review sites do not permit responses to responses. so you may then be stuck again. eventually, a pleasant lady responded via email and I now had an open channel of communication to which to send various docs that couldn't/wouldn't upload to their site (plus, when uploading there is no acknowledgement of receipt or confirmation that the docs are suitable with a smallprint clause saying it is not One-Call's responsibility to ensure the docs have uploaded properly or are thought to be sufficient - be wary).
