“Swinton were professional and efficient in dealing with my Policy. I still find it hard to believe in this digital age that we have to write to our previous insurer to obtain a "proof of no claims letter" Before I can complete the policy with the new insurer. I thought all the information would be on a database, that can be accessed by all companies. .”

“As I haven't had cause to make a claim it is not possible to judge their services. Their rate was very competitive and they were very nice when they took my money.”

“No premium telephone numbers which is a plus, however the excess was high which was a bit of a turn off.”
