“The worst insurance company I have ever felt with , paid all the premium up front , the threaten to cancel policy over and over , Refused outright to ring me . They want some codes something to do with driving licence , even though they had clear photo copies of it , refused to ring or explain in a email , what are the codes they were asking for . They promised to ring me if they needed any else after the first time , after I sent what they asked for . They cancelled the policy and only gave a 1/3 I had paid , Never used the bike or for it a mot , WA a week after they cancelled the policy did I get the letter .”

“Excellent value and a quick and painless experience to date. Photocopying documents is a bit of a pain and I've had no cause to contact my insured, so can't comment on customer service. Otherwise, straightforward and very good value.”

“My initial policy purchase was very good and the service I received at all times was first class. Unfortunately I changed my bike for a similar, but newer model and the increase in my premium was horrendous, so I cancelled my policy and went elsewhere. Even during this period Bikesure were very courteous and helpful. I appreciate that this they are a broker and the increase was down to the insurance company.”
