“Happy to insure me on an older bike that would not ever be stolen. When I purchased a brand new fire blade would not even quote me. As a 40 year old . With family . 2 houses . And my own business and having never had a accident that I caused in 24 years of driving and having maximum no claims on my car - truck - van - and classic car insurance ... I find it rather poor of a large company , not to look past there computer screens ..... Regards Wayne D Duncan”

“The policy was good value for TPFT. However, after two months I traded my 12-year-old bike in for a brand-new one. They were unable to offer me TPFT unless I had a lock-up garage and only returned about one-sixth of the premium I had paid in full under their "terms & conditions". That bit was NOT a good deal.”

“I used MCN Compare to obtain my motorcycle insurance through Bikesure Insurance via Adrian Flux. I was pleased to do business with them as I was guided through a myriad of options and it was tailor made to fit my particular requirements. I was able to do a basic comparison online and then was able to speak to someone to ensure I had the cover I needed. Peace of mind doesn't have to come with a premium.”

“This is the third year in a row that I have bought insurance from Bikesure, however it will be my last! I never accepted the renewal quote as I found a better covered policy for cheaper from them on mcn compare. Buying the policy was easy, though 6 weeks after I did they contacted me threatening to cancel the policy unless I provided them with proof of ncb, copies of my driving licence. I phoned them asking why they needed this as they surely already have it, they said to forget about the ncb, but it would be good if they could get a copy of my licence, which I sent several times. What followed was what really hacked me off. Ten emails, 6 letters threatening to cancel the policy again unless they received proof of ncb, driving licence, and a check code which until then I had never heard of. Anyway, it cost me over £20 on my mobile phone trying to get hold of anyone at Bikesure to sort it out. All the documents were sent, some more than twice! I am now three months into my policy and think they are eventually satisfied, but who knows with this mob. Unless you love hassle, have a passion for waiting on hold, or get your kicks from repetition and paperwork, DON'T TOUCH BIKESURE!!!!”
