“Hasting are okay but every time you want to change something on your policy or even cancel it there's a £35 admin fee which I believe is a rip off. Also they only have expensive 0845 numbers (from mobiles) and you will be on the phone for quite a while waiting for an operative to answer. I go with them because they're cheap but I do wonder if I'd be better off paying a bit more for better service.”

“After buying my insurance, I sold my bike and bought another, it took in excess of an hour on the phone to try and amend my policy, for the hastings operative to tell me it wasn't possible, (unable to tell me why) they then wanted to give me £30 refund from a £140 payment on a policy that was only three weeks old. Not so impressed with the second dealings I had with them. They've probably lost my business next year.”
