“Hastings first caught my attention through feedback in a users' forum related to providing green cards for travelling in Europe in non-EU countries. On checking with them, they no longer provide this service. In all other respects, the seemed to match or be better than their major competitors. However, during a recent trip to Turkey, it became frustrating having to stop at various border posts and arrange on-the-spot, local 3rd party insurance, all the more so as bikes from other countries, e.g. Switzerland and Germany, had "green cards" and passed straight through border inspections. Even if it required an extra charge, the provision of this service would be welcome and save a lot of hassles and time.”

“Never use this company after a accident I was told they had brokered my policy to another company. I rang that company only to be told they ha d brokered it out to a company called marker study. If you ring Hastings Direct they only tell you to ring another number,even though you have the insurance document with them. 0*”
