“Arranging insurance for multiple (two) bikes was easy and the policy was a pretty reasonable price I felt. Contact person was pleasant and efficiant. Documents took a little time to arrive otherwise very satisfied and would definately go to for a quote on renewal.”

“Renewal notice for 429 pounds search on man compare, like policy with Saga for 176 pounds need I say more. Simple to do and so glad I did.”

“Not too bad, however I have had to spend an inordinate amount of time proving that I am entitled to my full NCB. The previous insurance company, I had cancelled the policy as I sold a previous bike, would not confirm my NCB entitlement and I spent all my time doing the work. Maybe I should charge a £35.00 admin fee as do all the brokers/insurance companies when they have to print off an on line document! Kind regards Honourable Lady Organza.”

“All the people I spoke to & emailed were very helpful. Documents took a while to come through though, not sure if the left hand knew what the right hand was promising!”

“Never been asked for copies of both parts of my driving licence before. What annoys most is receiving letters to return said copies in the envelope provided, but no envelope. Had to phone again to ask only to be told I could -mail them the copies. Not sure if I'd use them again.”
