Only problem was I had to prove NCB on two occasions.

Not having had a motorcycle insurance for 40 years was not surprised that premium was higher than wanted even though I have not been responsible for any car insurance claims in that time. Biggest disappointment was the fact that although kept off road and away from main roads the fact that my garage, which is well built wooden structure and secured by multiple locks and the motorcycle is padlocked when not in use, the insurance does not cover me for theft when on my property or locked in the garage. I think that that clause is unreasonable, especially as the Isle of Wight is an island and vehicle theft is not straight forward as the would be thieves have to leave the island by ferry.

My first time dealing with Saga, hopefully I will have need to deal with them for many years to come. Shame on me for feeling stigmatized for being involved with Saga. They did not judge me once for my age! Very simple and efficient service. Full marks!

Overall good but kept getting letters about my lack NCB even though I had emailed them my previous insurer and policy. Are insurance companies not able to share NCB information? All sorted now.
