“The insurance company is great. I passed my full motorcycle test, the day I took out the insurance and had given my driving licence to the examiner that day. Principal Insurance had in the terms and conditions that I must send of within 2 weeks, the licence itself would take at 3 weeks to come back. I had discussed this with the staff over the phone, one month later my licence came back, and Principal were totally fine with it. Very polite staff, very customer focused and they were the cheapest by miles. Thank you very much and will advise anyone friends to get a quote from you.”

“Was OK until I was told I had to get another letter from previous insurance re no claims, even though the current one was accepted by other insurance companies. Also, I didn't receive an email to confirm that the further letter I sent re proof of no claims, was OK, even after asking for confirmation etc. Thanks”
