“Service for the policy taking out was good, but had a claim and it has taken since 8 November til now and still not quite sorted yet, have phoned them on a few occasions and was put on hold after selecting which extension was required and waited an hour and a half and still nobody answered.”

“Very easy to sort my insurance, had everything I wanted in the policy at an excellent price. All the documentation was correct and sent in a timely manner, and the follow up by MCE was excellent. I am very impressed with the company.”

“Very good quick to point out some areas that were not highlighted they emailed clearer points of itemised cover something they felt just to do not by my request so good after service explaining items easier than just insurance jargon”
