“surprised at price quoted so phoned and price was as quoted saved £150 only downfall a higher excess but don't expect to claim so good deal”

“Got my quote via MCN compare, was happy with the price and bought via mce. My only gripe was that i did not get any confirmation of my insurance from mce and only got a blank email that said 'insurance documents' no attachments. Though Friday, I tried their chat line and it didnt work, so emailing them i got no answer at all about this from mce to this day. It was not until Monday 00:01 whrn my insurance was starting, that i could actually log onto their site and find my documents. Everything there but the policy.pdf was blank, why? The only time they emailed me was to get me to ring them so i could buy more options, i declined. The 20 mile limit on breakdown cover was a bummer as well, something i did not realise. I have no doubt there was an option to extend it for more money.”
