“Took insurance out for my new yzf r125. Was phoned up a week later to offer me protection on my no claims and complusory excess. Took these extras but still havent recieved appropriate paperwork of the full t&c's.”

“Staff have been very good but being old school I would have liked paperwork sent automatically rather than by request. Overall great service at a very good price. I can't comment on what will happen if I have to make a claim and I hopeI don't have to find out.”

“Very reasonably priced. Having electronic documents is so much better than the mountains of paper you get sent by other insurance companies. I haven't been pestered with advertising and cold calls either. Highly recommended.”

“can take a while to get through to someone, recorded messages from / about big ed become very annoying after a while. not very good at passing on information, ie, change address they decide not to tell you until 3 weeks later that you will owe them extra. not best pleased with service. stuck with them for another 2 months to i get another 1 year ncb.”
