“Easy to use online but found it better to speak to very helpfull person on the phone, they found additional benefits which were not included in online quote for no extra cost and still only paid 40% of what my previouse insurer wanted with less benefits. The excess is high but I was offered an alternative option with a lower excess for only a few pounds more.”
