“Good price but customer service is rubbish. Used them twice now and both times contact stops as soon as they get your money, leaving you to chase them for the documents.”

“yeah the insurance is great, BUT, i lost the card that I was paying installments on, without informing me of this and it was a genuine mistake on my part, they hit me with a £30 charge for not giving them my new card number, NOT VERY HAPPY with this........”

“MCE are the worst business I have ever dealt with. There prices may well be the cheapest but if you expect anything more than fulfilling the legal obligation to have insurance to ride look elsewhere!!!”

“I looked at quite a few compare sites but all were alot more expensive than the quote I got through mcn saving myself a few quid in process. Mce insurance gave me more extras than any other company like free track day cover,helmet,leathers,breakdown everything included in the price. No one else could get close these were over £100 cheaper.”
