“I bought trhis insurance on-line and believed I had paid for 12 months insurance up-front at about £130. Now I find they are taking monthly installments of £25+ each month and it is impossible to get any sense out of them on the phone or by email. I feel totally ripped off and Gd knows how they would deal with a claim. Woulkdn't recommend them to anyone”
