I should have stayed away,I think the sales person made me spend more with adding excuses as to the level of cover,no that dos'nt mean that after me filling in the initial form correctly after all I've been a biker for 43 years, also the time involved the sales person kept going away for ages, the time was approx 90 minutes, never again,

I told them i have got 3 years no claim bones but i need to ask my previous company's to send me,when i sent them to this company they told me we don't accept it because there are from different companies and we find you £300, And they charge me £30 more every single month , it's Not trust company.

Well, although it wasn't MCN's fault, I was disgusted by the service I received from the company whose insurance you proposed - BikeSure. I would strongly recommend that you strike them off your list of insurance companies. They took my money, then refused to insure me because the address on my licence wasn't the same as where I keep my bike. ( I have two houses and live in one 3 days a week, the other 4 days). They did give me a return of my premium - but only 25% of what I had paid to them. Eventually with a lot of arguing, they eventually returned nearly 50% of the premium..... But I had received absolutely nothing for the 50% it had cost me!! Didn't seem fair to me.......

I had insured my bike with Bikesure last year, and only realised that the policy didn't accrue No Claims Discount. On renewal, I made it a point of ringing insurers and finding out if No Claims Discount was accrued on their policy. I eventually settled for BMF Insurance/Adrian Flux after calling them and making sure I was getting No Claims Discount. Signed up, got the paperwork only to find I had been lied to over the phone. Called them up and told them I wanted to cancel as I'd been misinformed. They investigated and I'll say this, customer services were 10/10, amazing! Even though it ended well, I would never use them again.
