“After getting a quote for my R1 through MCN website with Express insurance I was more than happy. Then 3days later after paying my premium, Express plulled the plug and cancelled my policy simply because of garaging address different to my home address! They gave me till midnight to get bike garaged until cover ran out. They did refund me, so I now have both bikes I have insured with H&R insurance who I have been with since 01. So much for cheap quotes from a comparison site, but they are not worth the time wasted and the hassle. I stick to who I know. Good job I was on holiday when this happened as I would not have time to sort this out hence using Express, never again. It's not MCN fault but these companies offering quotes and policies need checking out to see if they are any good. I am a rider with over 30 yrs experience having many sports bikes and largest capacity bike a 1700cc. Also have no convictions, claims or refusals of insurance. Full protected NCB. Shame on Express insurance, shocking service”

“First time with Express and have to say they were professional and really helpful over the phone Recently changed my bike for another and spoke to Jackie who was brilliant and efficient. She swapped over the insurance to my new bike and I saved money too which was a nice surprise All in all I would recommend Express, and will use them again when my renewal is due”

“Went to the MCN bikeshow at Edinburgh and got a quote from carol Nash and the others that were there for my Triumph Thunderbird 1600 I laughed loudly When I got home I went on line and got better cover than I was offered with "SHOW DISCOUNT" at the bike show So for me EXPRESS are the mutts nuts Thanks.”
