“This insurance brokercompany tried to charge me £111.00 because on my original policy I had put four years no claim bonus. In fact, it was two months short of four years at the time. This was a genuine error on my part and I agreed to pay any extra fee to cover the 3 years no claims bonus and would have accepted a small admin charge. Bur really guys, a £111.00 charge?! I refused to pay it and I was going to cancel my policy, only then did they give me the information of the insurers. After several calls at my expense the insurers agreed to waive any fees. they also called Motorcycle Direct who then and only then agreed to waive their fees. Lots of hassle and poor customer care . I wouldn't use them again and if you're thinking of using them just read the above again!!”
