Easy people to deal with especially considering the rarity of my bikes. Everything correct and in order on the policies provided, executed proficiently via email and phone.

The price quoted was good - but I sold the BMW motorcycle a few days ago and when I phoned to cancel the insurance the chap at MCN said I was owed no refund as the insurance had run for a couple of months. Not very good service from MCN who I have trusted and bought M C news on a regular basis. He did say if I get another bike I could talk to them about carrying on the insurance. I said I would not deal with MCN again after this...

I made a mistake and paid heavily for it with this company. Yes they were good at communicating AFTER the event but by then they had cancelled my policy and kept a handsome 95% for their trouble.# To be fair they promised to give me around half back against another policy but missed my "Silverstone deadline" to get the sales team in action. By then I had gone elsewhere. Yes it was my fault originally but their claim that they sent letters just does not add up. I did not receive any letters from them but funnily enough all my other mail has had no problems. Had I got such a letter I would have responded immediately. In this age of world wide communications, this company is living in the tom tom drums era. I am sorry if this offends anyone but at the end of the day I am the one who lost money big time.
