“First order of green beans, so chose the home roasters selection pack. Ordering was simple and delivery good. So far we’ve been very pleased with quality of beans we’ve tried - 2 packs open and 2 still to try. As a newbie to home roasting, it would be even better if there was info on recommended type of roast for each variety. I tend to prefer medium/dark roasts but wonder if some beans might be better with a lighter roast?
I roast in a vintage popcorn maker, so don’t have any variables to post with other than time :)”
