“This coffee has so many elements to it that makes it so enjoyable. Let me explain. On a normal V60 brew I have loved the red hue, peachy aroma, vibrant christmassy fruit on a soft coffee finish. Increasing the amount of coffee just slightly darkens the colour & stews the jammy fruit to be quite plummy & boozy raisony. We live not too far from Macclesfield Forest where they have developed an Earl Grey Gin so yes this coffee has a marvelous Earl Grey feel to it with a great coffee taste.It is a light roast that can be taken with milk giving good results too. I can not wait for my next cup. 1st class guys.”
