Lovely light roast coffee, have bought it twice now. Right level of acidity and fruitiness to it without being overwhelming. (Wholebean, Chemex)

Lovely complexity with a winey finish (vermouth as per flavour profile). Ran well even as an espresso. Great cup!

Wow! That's such an interesting and fruit forward flavour. Not my favourite as an espresso but absolutely amazing in a v60 or as a Japanese iced coffee. Highly recommend you pick this up while you can

This was my first natural processed coffee and it has completely turned me on to them. The moment you open the packet you can smell that heady fruity fermented aroma, like a sourdough that is a day into developing. Its not overwhelming but it really makes you stop and think. I really recommend this as a pour over, developing that beautiful clarity of flavour with a soft gentle tea like body. It has a sharp and electric flavour that leaves your mouth tingling. It may be a bit challenging for some in that it doesn't taste as a "traditional" coffee, but my word if you like it you'll love it!

Not the easiest to dial in but a beautifully fruity medium-light roast once it was. Strong blueberry on the nose and palette, and that vermouth note is so distinctive! Not sure it'll be a regular as my wife prefers darker roasts w/ caramel/chocolate flavours but great for an occasional treat.

Thank you for the detailed feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the fruity, medium-light roast and found the blueberry and vermouth notes distinctive. It’s great to hear it’s a nice occasional treat, even if it’s not an everyday choice for you and your wife. If you’re looking for darker roasts with caramel or chocolate flavors, we’re happy to recommend some options! 😊☕️
