“This was my first natural processed coffee and it has completely turned me on to them. The moment you open the packet you can smell that heady fruity fermented aroma, like a sourdough that is a day into developing. Its not overwhelming but it really makes you stop and think. I really recommend this as a pour over, developing that beautiful clarity of flavour with a soft gentle tea like body. It has a sharp and electric flavour that leaves your mouth tingling. It may be a bit challenging for some in that it doesn't taste as a "traditional" coffee, but my word if you like it you'll love it!”

“Not the easiest to dial in but a beautifully fruity medium-light roast once it was. Strong blueberry on the nose and palette, and that vermouth note is so distinctive! Not sure it'll be a regular as my wife prefers darker roasts w/ caramel/chocolate flavours but great for an occasional treat.”
