“This is a tough roast for grinding and you'd struggle on something like a Sage SGP to get fine enough without engaging the safety clutch. I also had to WDT extensively to break up clumps. But it is a rewarding and tasty roast, with a very balanced and nutty flavour for such a light roast and not much acidity at all. A pre infusion and 95/96°C helped get the most out.”
Thanks for sharing your experience and tips. We're glad you enjoyed the balanced, nutty flavor of the roast. Your insights on WDT and temperature are super helpful! Happy brewing! ☕️🌟
